We provide a 24x365 service for those customers who require a secure solution to event management. The service is delivered over a dedicated and secure infrastructure and includes a Local Intelligent Management Server (LIMS), router and firewall all installed on the customer site as part of the 2e2 Managed Service.
We offer a complete monitoring service across our chosen vertical markets including device availability and performance monitoring, application availability and performance monitoring, optimisation, trending and capacity management.
2e2 provides a portfolio of packaged services in this area for the remote monitoring of specific technology solutions including LAN, WAN, Security, IP Telephony, Server and Storage platforms and Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare, Oracle, Cedar and Agresso applications.
